Description: Renovation of historic 1917 Vallejo Masonic Temple and 1864 Vallejo City Hall that is currently foreclosed and vacant. Synergy is part of a team that is proposing to transform the space into an art focused community with 37 artist lofts for low-income artists, studio space, perfomance space and an exhibition space. The project will aim to revitalize the downtown area while supporting the arts and the adjacent Empress Theatre.
